To Do:Rental

This is where the great big rental list will go. Once upon a time, two years (two kids) and about a billion brain cells ago I used to be in charge of the content on my work website. If I can figure it out, I’ll link all the blog posts about renovation back to this to track progress.

–get ominous lead registry number

-fix house to pass rental code and get inspection (deck, railings, wireless smoke detectors, grout kitchen floor)

-have pictures taken of the home to market it

–list the property!!

-leases, insurance, and everything boring

–pack up the house

-move to the renovation location
